This paper presents "Virtual Hire Coach," an AI-driven simulation system designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional interview performance. The research focuses on creating a realistic, high-fidelity environment where users can engage in simulated HR interviews. By utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning models, the system generates dynamic questioning based on the user's specific technical background and behavioral responses. The primary objective is to provide real-time feedback on communication skills, technical accuracy, and body language cues.
